RENTALS
In addition to our sanctuary, we have a variety of other facilities that are available for meetings and events, including a full size gymnasium with basketball and volleyball nets. A tour of our facilities, by appointment, can be arranged through the Office Administrator.

Sanctuary
Suitable for worship services, weddings, and funerals.
Max. capacity: 250
Base rental fee: $500
Balsdon Hall
Full-size gymnasium with chairs, tables, kitchen access, and a stage. Suitable for sports, receptions, club activities.
Max. capacity: 200
Base rental fee: $80/hour
Fellowship Hall
Large meeting room with tables, chairs, and kitchen access. Suitable for meetings, family dinners, and birthdays.
Max. capacity: 50
Base rental fee: $50/hour
Ivy Room
Small, furnished and carpeted meeting room. Suitable for meetings and discussion groups. No food.
Max. capacity: 15
Base rental fee: $35/hour
Rental rates will vary depending on the nature of your event, expected duration of use of the facilities, number of people and overall frequency of use. Generally speaking, renters must have their own liability insurance, and St Bart's must be a named insured in your policy. Exceptions to this requirement would include, for example, weddings and funerals.
All rentals must be pre-approved by our Official Board.
